Food and beverages

Outside food (except for baby food of course) and beverages are not allowed in our space. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, water, and other beverages for caregivers and guests.

Safety and security

Metta Baby premises are under regular video surveillance to ensure the safety and security of our families and staff. Our door is kept locked during sessions for the privacy and security of clients and staff, please knock upon arriving to our studio. We ask that you wear provided disposable shoe booties or remove your shoes upon entering the studio. This allows for a pristine environment for our small clients. Please keep your valuables with you at all times, metta baby is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Payment method

We do not accept cash at our store at this time. We accept transactions via credit card via our website in squarespace scheduling. Credit card used for class booking must be present with matching I.D at time of service with your baby. If booking is a gift and bought by another person other than the parent, then it must be purchased as a gift card. Packages cannot be split between families.

Visitors

All persons attending our class must be 18 years or older or must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who was sign our waiver. We only allow TWO adults to accompany their baby for the session. Allow we love those sweet older siblings, we cannot allow siblings to accompany classes. Exceptions can be made if you are booking as a private session. Please reach out to us with questions at info@mettababy.com.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please note we have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full class price in ALL circumstances. No call, no shows are not eligible for a full or partial refund. Please call or text us if you cannot make your scheduled class time. You can cancel / reschedule your appointment using the link in the booking reminder email if it is within the 24 hour window.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a group class and all clients must be on the same timeline for class.. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time we will not be able to accommodate the float portion of class for your baby. We must implement these strict policies as we have a VERY limited number of spaces per day for clients and constant late cancellations take away from other potential clients and our small business.
